Care & Share

This year the Dixie Care & Share has been lacking the funds they need in order to keep their doors open to those who are in need. The minute my mother (Yvonne Wall) heard about this, she came up with the brilliant idea to help create a Christmas CD, with the help of many talented artists, to sell where all the proceeds earned would go to The Care and Share in hopes to keep them open a little longer. Well it successfully came together and with the help of many supportive people she was able to sell a lot! You can still go to any local stores in town and buy this CD. Hurts, Walmart, Red Cliffs Mall, Lins, just to name a few.

Well, when the SUPG (Southern Utah Photography Guild) heard this, they wanted to help as much as they could as well. They set up a backdrop with some fun props and advertised to everyone to come and get a family photo taken for just $15, and all proceeds would go to the Care & Share. They got the opportunity to raise some money to help out.
I am so proud of my Mom for the great example she is to me and many others who she surrounds. She is full of love and always trying to help those in need. My whole life she has never had a paying job, but she has always been giving her time to fundraisers, and anything she could get her hands on to help out in anyway she can. She is my hero, my light, and my inspiration. I am so grateful to her and her love of giving back. A big Thank you to my mom and to ALL who have helped in anyway they can to help promote or have bought this CD. It's amazing what a simple idea and the help of the community can do. It's so good to know there are people who care for others and their needs.
